Quality management at SHINCHANGH F.A means delivering customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and R&D. As part of this commitment, we focus on standardisation, and we preserve manufactured products as photo and video records to communicate with customers and raise the standard of our work.
Quality must be judged by the customer, not by ourselves. Our quality extends beyond the product itself to include ongoing maintenance support. We are always ready to stand by our customers — with 1-year free after-sales service domestically and free service internationally (excluding travel expenses where required).
